We have a monthly group that meets for companionship and talks. It is open to all people, not just the parish! We meet in the parish hall at St George’s every month on the first Tuesday of the month at 1 pm.

Meetings of the Group are now on hold with the restrictions of all meetings.

The Fellowship Group heldits first meeting of the year on Tuesday 3 March at 1pm in the Hall. After a brief AGM, we had our usual quiz, made some plans for the year ahead, then shared afternoon tea together.

The Fellowship Christmas Lunch was held on Tuesday 19 November at 12 noon at the Watermark Hotel, 631 Anzac Highway, Glenelg North.

In October we visited the Medical Museum at the Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, to see the museum and have afternoon tea.

In September we had Janine Whiting talk about Galilee, now and th. In August our speaker was Richard Heathcote, on the topic of Travels in Umbria, Italy. In July our speakers were Alan and Pauline Pearson who told us of their experiences living and working in Saudi Arabia.

On Tuesday 4 June, we met up with our old friends Audrey Rodger and Mabel Trenordan at their current residence, the Lutheran Homes, 14 Frew St Fullarton, for afternoon tea at their cafe.

Our March meeting started with a triva quiz after our annual meeting. In April we had a talk  by Alan and Pauline Pearson, who toldus about their experiences working in the diocese of Aipo Rongo in Papua New Guinea in the 1970s, which is the place we at St George’s support with our Lenten offerings.
